Block or report someone

Your safety matters. If someone makes you uncomfortable, you can block them or report their profile directly from the app — no questions asked, and they'll never know it was you.

Tap on the person's profile from a chat, match, or pass.

Hit the "•••" icon in the top corner to bring up the options menu.

Choose "Block" to remove them instantly, or "Report" to flag for our team to review.

Real-time content moderation

Every photo and message on jordynn is screened the moment it's uploaded or sent. We don't wait for reports to find harmful content — we catch it as it happens.

Photos: Amazon Rekognition

Every profile picture is scanned by Amazon Rekognition before it goes live. Nudity, explicit content, weapons, and other unsafe imagery are blocked automatically.

Messages: OpenAI Moderation

Every message you send or receive runs through OpenAI's moderation models in real time. Hate speech, harassment, threats, and other harmful content are flagged instantly.

Human review

Reports are reviewed by our team, and accounts that violate our community guidelines are removed. We take action — quickly.

FAQ

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." Your profile, matches, and messages will be permanently removed. If you can't access the app, email support@jordynn.app and we'll handle it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select jordynn to cancel.

I think I was unfairly banned — what now?

Email support@jordynn.app with the email or phone number tied to your account and we'll review your case.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I report a bug?

We love bug reports. Email support@jordynn.app with a quick description and a screenshot if you have one — we'll get on it.
